A little about me...

My name is Molly Carder. I have been drawing and painting since I was 12 years old. My father painted signs for Babe Ruth ball park in Newark, Ohio. I helped him to make his job go a little faster as he had a full time job as well. At the age of 16 I designed a sign for a local pizza/ice cream shop. 

As I got older I had 4 wonderful children. I put my big art projects aside and traded them for painting faces and drawing pictures to entertain them. When  time passed I was painting my grandchildren's faces and drawing funny pictures to entertain them. 

Now that I am older I have more time to do what I love. In 2021 a friend invited me to paint with her, I had no idea at the time it was the beginning of an old love. I have been painting since then. 

I paint mostly with watercolor. My true love is landscapes and waterscapes, but I have found I enjoy painting with coffee and painting some pretty cute animal portraits.
